WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

 

NOTICE OF THE CLOSURE OF THE VILLAGE, ABBERLEY, WORCESTERSHIRE (“THE HIGHWAY”)

 

Reason for restriction: Property stabilisation and repair following a significant vehicular impact There is a likelihood of danger to the public or of serious damage to the road.  There is a need to close the highway in the following terms:-

 

  1. The effect of this Notice is that no vehicle shall proceed along that part of the highway from its junction with U64410 Abberley to its junction with C2071 Abberley.

 

  1. This provision shall continue in force for a maximum of 21 days, it is anticipated that it will remain in force for 21 days commencing 29 March 2021.

 

  1. Alternative routes: C2276 Abberley, C2276 Dunley, A451 Dunley, A451 Yarhampton, A451 Stourport Road, A443 Worcester Road, A443 Great Witley Road, A443 The Common Abberley to Wynniatts Way, B4202 Apostles Oak, B4202 Clows Top Road, C2071 Apostles Oak and vice versa.
